This unit is equipped with an 800 watt 5 amp motor and feature a variable speed wheel switch. The RPM range of this unit is 500-6000. Most wet polishers and grinders and polishers have a max RPM of 1500-3000, although this is great for polishing, these speeds are not helpful in grinding, cutting and profiling applications. This unit has a quick connect, brass coupling for a 1 / 2 inch quick connector for use with water hoses, a 5 / 8-11 UNC spindle thread, GFCI operator protector circuit breaker (integrated in cord) and a 360 degree adjustable aluminum safety guard with integrated rubber splash skirt. Also included with this unit is a bail handle (D handle) , wrench, extra carbon brushes and a water line. Also included in this kit is our premium diamond polishing pads. The set is a complete set of 7 pads from 50 grit to 3500 grit an 4 inch backer. We also can provide this kit with dry pads and can substitute them for you at no additional charge. At high speed, this is the ideal tool for fast stock removal using diamond grinding wheels, zero tolerance wheels, diamond edge profile wheels, finger bits and diamond hole saws.
